Robert Waldinger’s TED talk – What Makes A Good Life?
You’re about to see a speech about the lessons learned from the longest study on happiness at the Harvard Medical School. It is also one of the longest studies in history – the study lasted for 75 years and it still continues today. The speech is given by the 4th director of the study and covers what has been discovered as the most important aspects of the human life, following the lives of several thousands subjects from their birth until now. The speech is simply astonishing!
